The Molina &
C. factory is specialized in handmade creation of jewels;
some pictures of Molina & c. workers can illustrate,
better than any word, the several production steps.
1)
Our creative designer, while engraving details
on the surface of the newest models.
2)
The waxes and rubbers section. Starting
from an handmade metal model, we get a rubber from which
many wax objects will be reproduced.
3)
Casting section. With
a special Vacuum machine, to reduce impurities in melting,
we get the row gold parts of objects.
4)
Goldsmith section. Here
is where the row gold parts becomes finished and assembled
by the artisan hands.
5)
Setting. Diamonds
and genuine stones are setted on the jewels to make them
even more precious.
6)
Cleaning. The
last but not least important step in the creation of the
jewels.
